1. DELIVERY TIME After receiving your order, the processing time is about 2  - 3 working days. We will advise you of shipment date and expected delivery time by email. If the product is out of stock, we will  inform you of expected due dates. At the time of arrival please check carefully condition of the box. If the packaging material is damaged, you must note it on the  driver´s delivery note and inform us immediately. Please also check the contents  of your order and inform us within 24 hours by email if anything is missing or damaged. 

2. PAYMENT   All payments are received by https secure areas from MasterCard, Visa or PayPal via the PayPal platform.  We do not see your details. 

2.1 You can pay by all major credit cards and PayPal.
2.2  Bank transfer UK only. 

3. SHIPMENT  We can only send your order to a UK address which corresponds to the credit card billing  address.  

3.1 UK - Approximately 3 - 6  working  days.  
4. WARRANTY All our electronic products must pass 100% performance tests  before they leave our office so that they will be working correctly when they reach our customers. In addition, we offer a 1 year warranty from invoice date which covers manufacturing defects.  

5. PRODUCT Please look at the product description outlined to verify the details. If  you are unsure or have any doubts, please contact us before making the purchase. 

6. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE You can contact us by email. 

7. RETURNS You have a 14 day period in which to return the product  unused and in a saleable condition. It must include all  original packaging. You must first contact us by email to acquire a  return code. We will return your payment. The buyer is responsible for return  shipment costs.

11. REMOTE CONNECTION If we agree installation or product training, remote connection will be by internet. You accept that a member of the Pursuetec team  will enter your computer under your supervision to undertake the requested  work and that Pursuetec Limited will not be held responsible for any problem or  error that may occur using this method. 

12. COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS FOR  SOFTWARE In order that it works correctly, your computer must fulfill the  following:  

12.1 Desk top or laptop computer 32 or 64 bits with 2 x USB data  port.   

12.2 Operating System: Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
